Shakur Stevenson vs. Shuichiro Yoshino: Live Stream, Betting Odds & Fight Card

Shakur Stevenson vs. Shuichiro Yoshino which is a WBC title lightweight eliminator, will stream live on all of the ESPN platforms this Saturday.

A WBC lightweight title eliminator bout, hosted by Top Rank & ESPN, is heading to the Tri-state area this weekend. Former two-division champion Shakur Stevenson (19-0) will put his undefeated record on the line against Shuichiro Yoshino (16-0), a former Japanese lightweight champion. As Top Rank continues to be in the Stevenson business, this fight will build towards a lightweight title for Stevenson within the next 12-18 months.

Stevenson is coming from a year where he earned two unanimous decision victories over some top-quality opponents (Oscar Valdez & Robson Conceicao). This fight is at his home in Newark, NJ, and there will be some pressure on him to win decisively once again in front of family and friends.

Yoshino is a virtual unknown in the U.S., as all his bouts were held in Japan. Yoshino has an extensive amateur pedigree and will look to shock boxing fans and bookies who have him as a huge underdog.
