Big George Foreman- The Movie
The upcoming much-talked-about George Foreman biopic “Big George Foreman” hits movie theaters on April 28. The film is set to pay homage to one of the greatest heavyweights of all time.
He experienced a challenging upbringing, fueling his desire to achieve more than anyone expected. He seemed to thrive on proving people wrong, which drove him to great heights in boxing.

Even after reaching the highest of highs, he experienced devastating setbacks that took him to the depths of despair. The biopic is set to show how “Big George” despite his struggles, returned to the ring in the hope of miraculously becoming the oldest world heavyweight champion in history.
Trailer and Film Specifics
As you can see from the exclusive trailer released by Sony, “Big George Foreman” is set to explore the fascinating life and times of the legendary boxer and his miraculous journey to the pinnacle of heavyweight boxing. The movie is directed by George Tillman Jr, taken from a story he co-wrote with Dan Gordon and Frank Baldwin.

Khris Davis plays the role of “Big George” while the legendary actor Forest Whitacker plays the role of Foreman’s longtime trainer Doc Broadus, who originally introduced him to boxing.
Sullivan Jones will play the iconic role of Muhammad Ali, who memorably fought Foreman in the Rumble in the Jungle. The film is also set to star Jasmine Mathews, Lawrence Gilliard Jr, John Magaro, and Sonja Sohn.
