Joe Joyce vs Filip Hrgovic: Carl Frampton Talks Explosive Finish

Joyce vs Hrgovic: High Stakes Fight

The main event on April 5 in Manchester is high stakes for both fighters who will be focussed on a win to keep their heavyweight careers alive. For the loser, it’s difficult to see a way back.

When talking to DAZN News, Frampton was clear he doesn’t believe we hear the final bell: “It won’t go the distance,”Frampton said.

Looking at the strengths of both, Frampton predicted when either is likely to win: “If Joe wins, he will do it late in the second half, if Hrgovic wins, he’ll probably do it in the first half.

“Hrgovic is a really good combination puncher, I don’t know if he’s the biggest punching heavyweight in the world, but all the big guys can punch.”

Frampton added: “As long as Joe doesn’t get hit too clean, too often, I think he may win down the stretch, but it’s going to be a difficult night for him.”
