At the end of 2024, Fisher (14-1, 12 KOs) had his toughest fight to date, surviving a knockdown to defeat Dave Allen by split decision. The rematch did not go to plan for Fisher, who was brutally knocked out by Allen. “The Romford Bull” then returned for his final fight with Matchroom Boxing, where he survived an early scare to stop Ivan Balaz in the fourth round. He then left Matchroom and will have his first bout under the Zuffa Boxing banner on September 26 against Pirotton.

Michael Pirotton recent form

Pirotton (12-2, 6 KOs) is an unknown quantity with very little footage of him online. After back-to-back defeats in 2025, he has two stoppage wins so far this year, and his record suggests he has the power to trouble the Brit. His most recent win saw him stop Jiovani Sheik in the third round.

Johnny Fisher vs Michael Pirotton prediction

Fisher has shown he carries plenty of power and is comfortable setting a fast pace and overwhelming opponents. However, against Allen, it showed that if an opponent has a good chin and can drag him into the later rounds, he can struggle. 

Pirotton’s record suggests that he has a good chin, and on the limited footage available, he looks to utilise his jab to maintain distance before swinging the right hand at his opponent. The fascinating part of this fight is that no one really knows just how hard the Belgian hits, and just how strong his chin is, but we should find out quickly on September 26.

Would we be shocked if Fisher lost? No, but it’s almost impossible to pick Pirotton based on the lack of footage available on him. I think Fisher will be hurt, but will come through the fight and win by stoppage during rounds 4-6.
