Roy Jones Jr. has a great insight into Tyson as the pair faced each other in a 2020 exhibition bout. Despite this being the first fight since 2005 for “Iron Mike,” Jones is positive about the November 15 clash in Texas: “I think it’s a great fight and a great marketing situation as well because a lot of people want to see it. It’s a young lion and an old lion. It’s a great situation for them,” said Roy Jones Jr.
Revealing his thoughts on who could win, Jones Jr. said: “It gives Jake a chance with Mike being as old as he is. I think it’s a great opportunity for both fighters, but I still think Mike is gonna be a little bit too much for Jake.”
Tyson vs. Paul Undercard
The undercard on November 15 is centred around the highly anticipated rematch between Katie Taylor (23-1, 6 KOs) and Amanda Serrano (47-2-1, 31 KOs). They were scheduled to face each other on July 20, before the postponement of Tyson-Paul due to the ulcer flare-up experienced by “Iron Mike.”

India’s number one boxer Neeraj Goyat (18-4-2, 8 KOs) will make his Most Valuable Promotions bow against Whindersson Nunes (2-2-1, 1 KO) in a professional six-round super middleweight fight. It remains to be seen what other fights will be added. Ashton Sylve suffered a devastating KO against Lucas Bahdi in July and will not face Floyd Schofield as originally planned before the original postponement. It also seems unlikely Darren Till vs. Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. will take place.
