American Boxers: Bruce Carrington

Bruce Carrington (10-0, 6 KOs) has enjoyed an impressive start to his professional career and is seemingly well thought of at Top Rank, as proven by this spot on the undercard of Tyson Fury vs. Deontay Wilder III. He is a great fighter to watch and fights with a swagger – picks his punches well and carries power, as proven by his stoppage victory over the durable Jason Sanchez in round two on December 9, 2023.  This up-and-coming featherweight looks set for a bright 2024.

American Boxers: Marc Castro

Marc Castro (11-0, 8 KOs) enjoyed a standout amateur career with a 177-7 record and has amassed a perfect start to his professional career. The Fresno native punches from various angles and wears his opponents down with his superb work rate. He is an entertaining watch, as he will stand and trade when needed, making him a fan favourite. 2024 could be a rewarding year for the Matchroom fighter if he carries on this upward trajectory.

Richard Torrez Jr.

Richard Torrez Jr. (8-0, 8 KOs) has an impressive amateur pedigree, which saw him win an Olympic silver medal, losing in the Tokyo final against JalolovTorrez has shown his power, stopping all opponents he’s faced. The Top Rank fighter punches with speed and accuracy, combined with his power, makes him a problem for the heavyweight division.

Austin Williams

Austin Williams (15-0, 10 KOs), the outstanding southpaw middleweight from Houston, Texas, turned professional in 2019 after an impressive amateur career. He moves around the ring well, throwing with spite while being elusive to hit. The Houston resident holds a comfortable win over Steve Rolls from the Richardson Hitchens vs. Jose Zepeda undercard, and this 27-year-old middleweight looks primed for a rewarding career.

Abdullah Mason

Abdullah Mason (11-0, 9 KOs) is another Top Rank prospect with all the talent required to rise to the top of the lightweight division. He possesses plenty of power and has a great ring IQ despite being only 19 years old. He shows an impressive ability to finish his opponents off. Mason fought five times in 2023, stopping four of those opponents. The Ohio native looks destined for bigger and better opposition in 2024.
