Alen Babic vs. Steve Robinson

Babic will return to the ring for the first time since his first-round KO loss against Lukasz Rozanski when challenging for the WBC bridgerweight title in Poland, in April 2023. “The Savage” had previously enjoyed wins over Damian Chambers, Eric Molina and David Spilmont.

The Croatian will take on Steve Robinson (6-2, 4 KOs) from Newcastle as he looks to get his career back on track after the crushing defeat in Poland.

Rest of the Card

Aside from the heavyweight main event and the return of Babic, Florian Marku and Chris Kongo are set to settle their welterweight rivalry, which has been bubbling away since their confrontation at a press conference last year.

Up-and-coming super middleweight fighter Callum Simpson has also been added to the bill, although his opponent is still to be confirmed. Simpson is unbeaten in 13 fights and is the mandatory challenger for the British super-middleweight title and was ringside when Zak Chelli won the belt from Jack Cullen at the M&S Bank Arena in Liverpool in January.

The report from Sky Sports also states there will be more major undercard announcements for the Wardley vs Clarke bill coming soon.
