Live Boxing in Nicaragua this Saturday

That is not a typo or fake news: we have live boxing in Nicaragua this upcoming Saturday.

ESPN Deportes broke out the details on Tuesday that the only world wide live boxing event taking place this weekend during the COVID 19 pandemic will be at the Alexis Argüello Sports Center in Managua, Nicaragua.

This event will be the first live boxing, since the sports world stopped live boxing across the globe over a month ago. The live boxing event will be held by the first one promoted by Búfalo Boxing Promotions.

Based on the report to national authorities, Nicaragua has only 10 detected cases of Covid-19 among its population, of which at least eight acquired it outside the country and the other two through contact with one of them. Two of them died, according to reports.
