Gilberto ‘Zurdo’ Ramirez faces veteran Gabriel Rosado in a light heavyweight clash that will stream live on DAZN this Saturday.
Coming back from a decision loss to WBA light heavyweight champion Dmitry Bivol, Gilberto ‘Zurdo’ Ramirez (44-1) looks to get back on the win column as he faces the always war-ready veteran Gabriel Rosado (26-16-1). The twelve-round fight will be shown live this Saturday on DAZN and will take place at the Walter Pyramid in Long Beach, CA.
The 31-year-old Ramirez will try and pursue another shot at one of the light heavyweight titles in the future, but he has to get by Rosado and show his first loss did not affect him. Bivol boxed beautifully that night, and Ramirez had no answer for him, but that could look different in the future if they were to meet again.

His opponent, Gabriel Rosado, has lost three consecutive fights, but it always seems like he delivers either a moral victory or a huge knockout when you want to count him out. Rosado is now 37, and this may be his last shot at facing someone with name recognition like Ramirez, so you know he will go into the fight wanting to upset the A-side as he has done in the past.
