David Morrell Jr. vs. Sena Agbeko: How to Watch and Fight Card
Showtime’s final boxing event sees David Morrell Jr. (9-0, 8 KOs) take on Sena Agbeko (28-2, 22 KOs) in a super middleweight clash.
The two meet in the main event for a Premier Boxing Champions (PBC) card at the Armory in Minneapolis, MN. Not only will the card serve as PBC’s final event of the year on Showtime, but it also marks their last time on the platform. PBC and Amazon Prime Video recently announced a new multiyear rights agreement that begins in 2024.
Morrell last fought in April this year on the undercard of an event that saw Gervonta “Tank” Davis stop Ryan Garcia in seven rounds. The Cuban faced Yamaguchi Falcao, knocking him out in the opening round.
Agbeko was the original opponent in April. However, a licencing issue meant the fight did not go ahead as planned. The Ghanaian fought as recently as November this year, stopping Bruno Romay in two rounds.
