On Saturday, December 21, Tyson Fury (34-1-1, 24 KOs) will face Oleksandr Usyk (22-0, 14 KOs) for Usyk’s WBA, WBC and WBO heavyweight titles at the Kingdom Arena, Riyadh. Ahead of this huge rematch in form heavyweight Joseph Parker has revealed his prediction for Fury-Usyk 2 when speaking on DAZN’s The Ariel x Ade Show.

Parker Talks Fury-Usyk 2 and Reflects
The first meeting between “The Gypsy King” and Usyk saw the Ukrainian win by a split decision with one judge scoring it 114-113 for Fury, while the other two had it 115-112 and 114-113 for Usyk.
Parker, who is preparing to face Daniel Dubois on the loaded Feb. 22 card, has reflected on the first fight between Fury and Joshua and has offered insight into Fury’s mindset: “I feel like the first fight was very back and forth,” said Parker. “I think Tyson’s mindset has changed coming into this fight.”

Delving more into the mindset of Fury, Parker also revealed his predicted method of victory for the British fighter: “I feel that if you have a different mindset, that can bring a lot of changes.”
The New Zealand fighter continued: “I believe Tyson can beat Usyk on a points decision, but it’s a tough one.”

“I’m siding with Tyson, but I think it’s a points decision. I would love [to fight the winner]. For me, in order to be the best, I will fight everyone out there and anyone.”
Parker made it clear he is prepared to face the winner: “You have rematch clauses, and the plans that they want are different from what we think is going to happen,” said Parker. “But if the winner of this fight can meet the winner of [my] fight, let’s make it happen.”
