Errol Spence Jr vs Tim Tszyu: Brian Norman Jr predicts a knockout
On July 25 in Australia, Errol Spence Jr vs Tim Tszyu will headline a PBC pay-per-view event on Prime Video. The main event will see former unified and pound-for-pound great Spence make his super welterweight debut against former IBF super welterweight champion Tszyu.
The entire event will be available for purchase on Prime Video, regardless of Prime membership. Fans will also be able to continue accessing the telecast through traditional cable and satellite outlets, as well as PPV.com.
The event is promoted by No Limit Boxing, The Rose Brothers, Man Down Promotions, and TGB Promotions. Undercard bouts will be announced soon. Former WBO welterweight champion Brian Norman Jr has predicted a knockout for Errol Spence Jr vs Tim Tszyu.
Errol Spence Jr vs Tim Tszyu set for Aussie showdown
Spence (28-1, 22 KOs) was elite at his best, recording impressive wins against Mikey Garcia, Shawn Porter, and Kell Brook, among others. Two car accidents have clearly hampered Spence’s career, leading to inactivity.
The New York native was last in action, comprehensively beaten by Terence Crawford.
Tszyu (27-3, 18 KOs) has had plenty of ups and downs during his career, defeating fighters such as Terrell Gausha and Tony Harrison. Losses against Sebastian Fundora and Bakhram Murtazaliev have prompted the Aussie fighter to change his team.
This feels like a winner-continues-and-loser-retires type fight. It remains to be seen how much both have left.
Errol Spence Jr vs Tim Tszyu: Brian Norman Jr makes his prediction
Predicting Errol Spence Jr vs Tim Tszyu, Norman said:
“Yeah, we’re definitely going to see a different version of Errol Spence, and I feel like he is going to be better than he was in the past. And what I mean by that is, first round knockout coming soon.
“And Tim Tszyu is going to sleep, man. The boy ain’t got nothing for him. But dude from Australia, my boy, he’s coming to Australia just to give him the work. But back to what I was saying, I just feel like Errol Spence is going to be a great fighter (again).
“I’ve seen him in camp, and hell of a fighter.”
