Joshua Feels Sharper and Ready for Wembley Showdown
The interview between Bunce and AJ began with the two-time heavyweight champion comparing his current self to the old AJ: “I feel better now. I feel better for sure.”
He continued: “More seasoned, hardened. A lot more development. Not so much dependent on one or two things in the ring. I have a lot of tricks up my sleeve. Been the 12 rounds. My punching power has improved. Defence has improved, yeah I feel good, much better than I used to.”

Joshua and Dubois are big punchers and the Watford native spoke about his power and said: “It’s definitely improved though.” He added: “I’m better at setting up shots now.”
When reflecting on the need to make changes to increase longevity: “Over the period that I’ve been professional, coming up to 12 years, I’ve made a lot of changes for the better, because I know I need to improve if I’m going to stay in it for longer.”
Bunce then revealed his belief that the AJ we see now is a new version: “I’m better. I would beat the younger AJ.”

Speaking on the September 21 clash and if hes more driven than he has been in the past for this upcoming fight against Dubois, Joshua said: “I don’t know, but I want to win, bad.”
Referring to the fight on Saturday: “As soon as the bell goes, we’re in for a fight,” said AJ.
