Daniel Dubois Vows to Shock Anthony Joshua in High-Stakes Sep. 21 Showdown at Wembley
On Saturday, September 21, Anthony Joshua (28-3, 25 KOs) and Daniel Dubois (21-2, 20 KOs) will collide at Wembley Stadium for the IBF world heavyweight title. Joshua-Dubois will be the main event of a Riyadh Season card with an impressive undercard that will also see Liam Gallagher perform. Underdog Dubois Aims to Make Joshua Quit
When the two heavyweights squared off on Monday, both appeared focused and ready for arguably the most important fight of their careers. “Dynamite” made it clear what he intends to do on fight night: “I’ve got to make him quit, break him down, That’s my mindset going into this. Making him quit, breaking him,” Dubois told Sky Sports.

Allegations dogged Dubois following his defeats to Joe Joyce and Oleksandr Usyk, with some questioning his character, with the 27-year-old bouncing back in style with wins over Jarrell Miller and Filip Hrgovic.
Dubois also spoke about coming through difficult times in his career: “I’m turning it round now at this stage of my career. I’ve come through my ups and downs, just turning it round.”

The Greenwich native appears adamant that he is being overlooked: “Of course they are, he’s going to be in for the shock of his life,” Dubois said.

Talking about being the underdog, he said: “I still have that mindset, I’m still like that. Everyone wants to see the underdog come through and come out on top.”
