Duke McKenzie Predicts Joshua-Dubois
Dubois and AJ will both be entering the ring on September 21 full of confidence. Dubois has produced his two best career performances, defeating Jarrell Miller and Filip Hrgovic in his last two bouts.
Joshua will also arrive at Wembley buoyed by his last two performances, brutal stoppage wins over Otto Wallin andFrancis Ngannou. The IBF strap will be available to the winner, with Dubois the current holder after he was elevated following Oleksandr Usyk’s decision to vacate.
Former world champion McKenzie has had his say on the September 21 heavyweight clash: “I don’t know if he’s the people’s favourite and I don’t know if he’s the bookies’ favourite, and I don’t gamble but if I did right now and I had to pick one person to win this particular fight I’m slightly leaning towards Dubois,” said McKenzie.
He continued: “When you look at the last several fights that they’ve had, AJ’s had the softer ride in. Dubois has the more natural athleticism about him.”
McKenzie Added: “He’s more loose than AJ. He would’ve done his research on AJ and know how to beat him.”
