Three fights you can’t miss on the March boxing schedule

2026 is here, and in January, we saw Shakur Stevenson’s masterclass against Teofimo Lopez, and in February, Ryan Garcia defeated Mario Barrios to become the WBC welterweight world champion. There are many more fights already in the calendar, including the return of Tyson Fury. Here are three fights in the March boxing schedule you can’t miss.

March boxing schedule: 3 fights to look forward to

The three fights we have listed are, in our opinion, the best ones on offer on the March boxing schedule. Jai Opetaia’s fight against Brandon Glanton is another we will be watching as it’s the Aussie’s Zuffa Boxing debut. The three below are the ones you should be keeping an eye on.

Jazza Dickens vs Anthony Cacace – March 14

On March 14 at the 3Arena in Dublin, Jazza Dickens (36-5, 15 KOs) defends his WBA super featherweight title against Anthony Cacace (24-1, 9 KOs). Dickens has been preparing in Dubai and hopes to travel to Ireland, despite the unrest in the Middle East.

Dickens produced a career-best win last time out, stopping the previously unbeaten Albert Batyrgaziev. Dickens was subsequently elevated to the full WBA champion after Lamont Roach was stripped. Cacace’s career has been revitalised in recent times, with impressive victories against Joe Cordina, Josh Warrington, and Leigh Wood. This looks set to be a barnstormer.

For those looking to place a wager on this, be sure to check out the latest offers available, including a draftkings promo code, which could provide added value ahead of this intriguing super featherweight clash.

Sebastian Fundora vs Keith Thurman – March 28

The next fight on the March boxing schedule you can’t miss is Sebastian Fundora vs Keith Thurman. Fundora (23-1-1, 15 KOs) will be defending his WBC super welterweight title on March 28 at the MGM Grand, Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

“The Towering Inferno” has won his last three fights since his shock defeat to Brian Mendoza, including his bloody triumph over Tim Tszyu. Thurman has suffered from injuries and inactivity in recent years, but at his best, he was a brilliant fighter. “One Time” returned to action last March, stopping Brock Jarvis in the third round. Despite his height, Fundora fights at his best when up close, throwing high-volume punches. Thurman (31-1, 23 KOs) has a brilliant ring IQ, impressive hand speed, and picks his punches well. This is a fascinating clash of styles.

Moses Itauma vs Jermaine Franklin – March 28

The last fight on our March boxing schedule is Moses Itauma vs Jermaine Franklin. This is the fight many have asked for to test Itauma and take him into the later rounds. Their heavyweight bout will headline a Queensberry card at the Co-op Live Arena in Manchester on March 28.

Itauma (13-0, 11 KOs) was last seen in action last August, blowing away Dillian Whyte in one round. He has looked impeccable so far in his professional career, and can Franklin (24-2, 15 KOs) drag the 21-year-old southpaw into the trenches? Franklin has fought Anthony Joshua and Whyte, losing on the scorecards on both occasions. In his last fight, the American produced an upset, defeating Ivan Dychko on the Canelo vs Terence Crawford undercard.
