Errol Spence Jr vs Tim Tszyu: Sebastian Fundora reveals his pick
On July 25, at the Olympic Park, Qudos, New South Wales, in Sydney, Tim Tszyu vs Errol Spence headlines a No Limit Boxing fight card, in association with The Rose Brothers, Man Down Promotions, and TGB Promotions. This intriguing card will be shown live on DAZN pay-per-view or as part of the DAZN Ultimate subscription. Fans in the UK can also watch on Amazon Prime, while the event will be broadcast on PPV and Amazon Prime in the United States. As we edge closer to this 158-pound catchweight clash, WBC super welterweight world champion Sebastian Fundora spoke to Fight Hub TV, revealing his pick for Spence-Tszyu.
Errol Spence Jr vs Tim Tszyu set for Australian showdown
Spence (28-1, 22 KOs) was considered by many as elite until his two serious car accidents and one-sided defeat to Terence Crawford. In his prime, the American beat fighters such as Shawn Porter.
Tszyu (27-3, 18 KOs) has endured a rollercoaster career, with good wins against Terrell Gausha and Tony Harrison. His defeat to Sebastian Fundora was bloody and brutal, but the Australian came away with plenty of credit. However, his loss to Bakhram Murtazaliev was one-sided and tough to watch. Since his win over Denis Nurja earlier this year, Tszyu has made another significant change to his team, with Jeff Fenech taking over as his lead trainer.
It remains to be seen just how much each fighter has left in the tank.
Sebastian Fundora makes his pick for Errol Spence Jr vs Tim Tszyu
Speaking to Fight Hub TV, Fundora was asked how Errol Spence Jr vs Tim Tszyu plays out:
“I do favour Tszyu. He’s been more active, and they’re fighting in Australia; that’s a big factor. That’s a huge factor. I don’t know if Spence has even been to Australia. He didn’t even go to the one he was supposed to go to, the press conference,” said Fundora.
