Promising Super Featherweight Talent Inks Co-Promotional Deal: Sparred With the Elite

Boxlab Promotions and Shuan Boxing have announced the signing of a co-promotional deal with Kaipo Gallegos (4-0-1, 3 KOs), the undefeated super featherweight fighter from Las Vegas, Nevada. The 18-year-old southpaw has spoken about the agreement, and Boxlab and Shuan have also expressed their excitement about the deal.

The announcement of the deal involving Gallegos is intriguing – with Boxlab Promotions and Shuan Boxing having big plans for the 18-year-old with the hope of keeping him busy for the rest of 2024 and beyond. The press release also mentioned his next fight is scheduled for May 31, 2024, live on DAZN from the Caribe Royale Hotel in Orlando against an opponent yet to be confirmed.

Speaking on the deal, Gallegos said: I’m incredibly excited to join forces with Boxlab Promotions and Shuan Boxing, who has been with me since I turned professional.”

Sparring the Elite

The Las Vegas native was an 18-time national champion in the amateurs, quickly making a name for himself in the super featherweight division. The prospect has sparred with some of the best fighters, including Shakur StevensonKeyshawn Davis and Devin Haney, helping this youngster hone his skills.

The 18-year-old is trained by his father Jayson – who shares co-managing duties with Marcelino Castillo. The future is seemingly bright for this youngster, and it remains to be seen just how far he can go.
