Moses Itauma Talks Dillian Whyte Threat and Usyk Rumours

Whyte (31-3, 21 KOs) brings a bucketload of experience to the ring, and has only lost to Tyson Fury, Anthony Joshua and Alexander Povetkin. Despite that experience, Itauma (12-0, 10 KOs) has all the ability to become a heavyweight star.

Itauma’s performances in the ring have been biblical so far, but even at 20 years old, he is fully aware of the threat Whyte will pose: “Any heavyweight has the ability to knock out any other heavyweight, so Dillian Whyte’s always a threat, more so than others. At the same time, I also pose a threat to Dillian. So, there’s only one way to find out innit,” said Itauma.

Oleksandr Usyk Rumours

Responding to the rumours and calls for him to fight Usyk, Itauma said: “Yeah, I don’t lose anything out of it. I think it’s a win-win situation for me. I don’t like to use the word deserved because obviously, you don’t get what you deserve; you get what you negotiate.

“But, I would have to say that Joseph Parker and Agit Kabayel have charged enough to the game, whereas I haven’t, but yet again I’ve come here to negotiate, not to deserve.”
