Christian Mbilli (29-0, 24 KOs) made a statement with his first round technical knockout win over Maciej Sulecki (33-4, 16 KOs).
The official time of stoppage for their bout was 2:28. With this win, Mbilli puts himself one step closer to a world title shot at super middleweight. Saúl “Canelo” Álvarez is the division’s undisputed world champion, currently set to face Terence Crawford.
Sulecki was content with being on the back foot in the opening round while his opponent slowly pressed forward. Neither fighter was being reckless early one with both opting to box. However, that would soon change. With over 40 seconds to go in the round, Mbilli landed a right uppercut that sent the Polish fighter down. Sulecki struggled to get to his feet and referee Michael Griffin waved off the contest, giving Mbilli the technical knockout win.

Steven Butler (36-5-1, 30 KOs) won via fourth round knockout against Jose de Jesus Macias (29-14-4, 15 KOs). The official time of stoppage for this 10-round super middleweight clash was 1:33. Macias was first knocked down by an overhand right in the fourth. Though he got up, he was clearly on shaky legs. Butler then landed a right hook that sent his opponent down once more and the fight was waved off immediately.
Arslanbek Makhmudov (20-2, 19 KOs) won via first round technical knockout against Ricardo Brown (12-1, 11 KOs). The official time of stoppage for this 10-round heavyweight contest was 1:57. Brown was knocked down by an overhand right. Though he got up, he was deemed to be in no position to continue and the bout was waved off.
Wilkens Mathieu (14-0, 10 KOs) won via third round knockout against Adagio McDonald (8-2, 6 KOs). The official time of stoppage for this eight-round light heavyweight fight was 0:44. McDonald was knocked down by a left hook, following which the bout was waved off.
Jhon Orobio (14-0, 12 KOs) won via first round knockout against Zsolt Osadan (27-4-1, 17 KOs). The official time of stoppage for this 10-round super lightweight clash was 2:57. Osadan was first knocked down by a straight right hand to the head. Though he got up, he was dropped once again from a right uppercut to the body followed by a massive left hook. The fight was waved off shortly after.
Christopher Guerrero (15-0, 9 KOs) won via tenth round technical knockout against Sandy Messaoud (20-9, 1 KO, 1 NC). The official time of stoppage for this 10-round welterweight bout was 2:28. In the tenth, Messaoud was hit by a hard counter right hand to the head. Guerrero followed that up with a barrage of punches that caused Messaoud’s corner to put an end to proceedings.
Leïla Beaudoin (13-1, 2 KOs) won via sixth round technical knockout against Elhem Mekhaled (17-4, 3 KOs). The official time of stoppage for this 10-round super featherweight contest was 1:08. In the sixth, Mekhaled was knocked down by a right to the head. Although she got up, she was soon dropped by a barrage to the head and body. Beaudoin followed that up with another barrage which caused referee Martin Forest to end the fight with Mekhaled still standing.
Luis Santana (14-0, 7 KOs) won via fifth round technical knockout against Eduardo Estela (17-5, 12 KOs). The official time of stoppage for this 10-round lightweight clash was 2:03. Estela was dropped in the opening round and was also sporting a cut under his right eye. Santana scored two more knockdowns in the second. In round five, Estela was dropped for a fourth time. It was at that time his corner and referee Griffin put an end to proceedings,
