On October 26 at the Co-op Live Arena, Manchester, on the Jack Catterall vs. Regis Prograis undercard, Michael Gomez Jr. (21-1, 6 KOs) was due to face Reece Bellotti (19-5, 14 KOs). On the live DAZN broadcast, it was announced before the main event that Reece Bellotti vs. Michael Gomez Jnr. was cancelled due to Gomez Jr. being taken ill in the dressing room.
