Mike Tyson vs. Jake Paul: Undefeated Featherweight Prospect Joins Nov. 15 Card

Mike Tyson (50-6, 44 KOs) and Jake Paul (10-1, 7 KOs) will collide in their much talked about heavyweight clash on November 15 at the 80,000-capacity AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. The fight was originally set for July 20, but “Iron Mike” had to withdraw on doctor’s orders after experiencing an ulcer flare-up. The entire rescheduled card will be streamed exclusively on Netflix, as the first live sports event shown by the streaming giant. The undercard has received a boost with Dan Rafael reporting via his Fight Freaks Unite Substack that unbeaten featherweight fighter Bruce “Shu Shu” Carrington (13-0, 8 KOs) has joined the card and will face Dana Coldwell (13-2, 8 KOs).

Bruce Carrington Joins Mike Tyson vs. Jake Paul Undercard on Nov. 15

Carrington Joins November 15 Card

Top Rank fighter Carrington has enjoyed an impressive start to his professional career, winning all his fights. He is seemingly well thought of at Top Rank with his appearances on big cards. “Shu Shu” fights with plenty of swagger, picks his punches well and carries power. His most recent bout against Sulaiman Segawa showed he can navigate difficult moments, as he finished the fight strongly to win by a majority decision. It’s difficult not to admire Carrington who is entertaining to watch and has stayed active and has set his sights on reaching the upper echelons of boxing and fighting Naoya Inoue.

Rafael reveals in his Substack update that Carrington has caught the eye of Tyson – and the two have become friendly, with “Iron Mike” asking Most Valuable Promotions to add “Shu Shu” to the card. This is a wonderful opportunity for Carrington to receive huge exposure on this upcoming show.
