Tyson Fury To Joshua- “Grow A Pair Come See The Champ”
As expected, “The Gypsy King” delivered a professional wrestling style promo Saturday night towards unified heavyweight champion, Anthony Joshua.
The new WBC Title holder, Tyson Fury, was a live in studio guest on the BT Sport Television boxing coverage of Daniel Dubois’ Saturady night Heavyweight main event win.
And, while Dubois isn’t in the plans anytime soon, the unbeaten Fury made clear that Joshua has to come to him for validation as Heavyweight champ:
"If Wilder doesn't happen, let's do Joshua in December. Why not?"

“It’s all panned out, all the cards have been dealt and they’ve got to come through me. So, I’m saying ‘grow a pair,” come see the champ and I’ll sort this all out. I’m just waiting patiently….. training like a lunatic, running up mountains, becoming a human race horse,” Fury said.

“I’m looking forward to all challenges, whoever they are, just bring them to the Gypsy King and I’ll deal with them,” Fury continued.
When asked specifically about what was going to happen next? Fury alluded to the uncertainty that’s still out there about his third fight with former champ, Deontay Wilder,
“I don’t know… I really don’t. If Wilder don’t happen, then let’s do Joshua December. Why not? Let’s get it on,” Fury smirked.
The problem with that is that Wilder is not going to simply drop the contract for their third fight, because it is slated to pay him in the neighborhood of $30 million guaranteed, whenever it happens. So, he won’t cheaply or easily “step aside.”
As for Joshua, his next bout is the mandatory challenge of IBF number one, Kubrat Pulev. However, that fight that was supposed to have happened in June, is still (like Fury-Wilder III) in limbo until at least some fans can attend.
For now, the best talker in the Heavyweight division is training, cracking off sound bytes, and waiting for what’s next.
