Liam Davies vs. Nathaniel Collins fight recap
Liam Davies (19-1, 10 KOs) showed his class in a unanimous decision win over Nathaniel Collins (17-2-1, 8 KOs)
The official time of stoppage was 3:00. Davies remains the European featherweight champion with the victory. He won the title earlier this year against Francesco Grandelli.
Collins was dropped early in the contest by a one-two to the head. Despite that early setback, he was willing to trade hard shots from range with Davies. The reigning European champion had plenty of success with straight punches and it was clear that he had the upper hand. There was a break in the action in round five to allow a ringside physician to examine Collins, who was cut on the right eyelid. After a quick look, he was allowed to continue fighting.
