Referee Allen Huggins put an end to proceedings with Streeter still standing in round four after Ruiz landed a clean one-two upstairs.
Mark Beuke (13-3, 7 KOs) won a split decision against Antonio Woods (14-2, 12 KOs) in an eight-round middleweight fight. Although one judge had it 77-75 for Woods, the other two saw it 77-75 for Beuke.
Oswaldo Molina (9-0, 4 KOs) won a unanimous decision against Joshua Clark (9-2, 2 KOs). Scores for their six-round lightweight contest were 60-54 across the board.

Gantt was ruled knocked down in the fourth after sitting on the bottom rope following a barrage of punches.
