Both fighters will wear 12-ounce gloves.
The weight limit for the fight will be 195 pounds.
Three ringside judges will score the contest.

Bidarian explained to the press in attendance:

“There will be a victor because the fighters have agreed, and the commission has approved,” revealed Bidarian when speaking to the press in attendance.

“[There will be] a maximum weight of 195 pounds for this exhibition. The fight will be contested over 10 three-minute rounds, and when Tank and Jake enter the squared circle to go to battle, they will be wearing 12-ounce gloves.”

Due to the nature of this fight, will many want to bet on it? The intensity and motivation of each fighter remain unclear. Will we see a glorified sparring session?
