The heavy-handed Sinaloan lightweight Madueño is set to take on the toughest challenge of his career, as he faces the undefeated 2020 USA Olympian Davis. A win for Keyshawn would keep him on the upward trajectory he is currently on towards a world title shot.
Madueño, known for his KO power and relentless pressure style will be eager to derail the career of Davis. Despite the odds being stacked heavily against him, the Mexican fighter is determined to show what he is all about and shock the world: “I know I’m the underdog going into this fight, but that’s exactly the kind of challenge I thrive on,” said Miguel Madueño. “Keyshawn Davis is a great fighter, but I’m ready to give him his first loss and show everyone what I’m capable of.”
He added: “A victory over Keyshawn Davis would be a game-changer for my career,” concluded Madueño. “It would put me in line for major fights and show everyone that I belong with the elite lightweights in the division.”
