Joshua Franco vs. Kazuto Ioka: Live Stream, Betting Odds & Undercard
On June 24, the WBA junior bantamweight title fight between Joshua Franco and Kazuto Ioka will take place. This will be the second time these two fighters are facing off after their drawn unification fight on New Year’s Eve, 2022. The previous encounter between the two saw Franco push Ioka all the way to a majority draw, despite many believing The Professor had done enough to beat his Japanese opponent. But the judges scored the bout 115–113 for Franco, while the remaining two judges scored it as a 114–114 draw
Franco boasts two wins over Australian Andrew Maloney, among a professional record of 18 wins and one loss to Lucas Fernandez in 2018, from 23 professional fights. Ioka has 29 wins from 32 fights, with the Japanese boxer becoming a four-weight world champion when he defeated Aston Palicte via TKO in June 2019.
Can Franco retain his WBA crown? Or will Ioka put up a better showing than last time and steal the glory?
