Darren Till Calls Out KSI, Slams Fury and Paul Brothers After May 16 Win

On Friday, May 16, at Vaillant Live, Derby, Darren Till vs Darren Stewart headlined Misfits 21. It was an intriguing undercard, with Ty Mitchell stopping Idris Virgo, just before Till-Stewart took centre stage. The main event was an eight-round war, with Till emerging victorious by unanimous decision.

Till (2-0, 1 KO) began the fight impressively, picking his shots while pirouetting out of danger. He couldn’t miss and landed a beautiful left hand, dropping Stewart in the first round.

The Liverpudlian continued to pick his shots well, but “The Dentist” kept walking him down, working effectively on the inside, tying Till up. Stewart’s pressure remained a factor, but Till readjusted, started targeting the body, and began mixing his shots once again.

In the final round, Stewart (0-1, 0 KOs) missed a big shot and almost fell through the ropes. As he turned, he was met by a big left hand right on the bell. He just made the count. Both fighters heard the final bell, and the judges scorecards read 77-74 x2 and 77-73.

Immediately after the fight, Till was asked what’s next: “No one wants to f***ing fight me mate,” said Till. “Where’s KSI, the little c**t.“

Looking at KSI ringside, Till said: “Cmon KSI. Are we gonna fight? I can get down to the weight, cmon. Cmon mate. You can fight. I was there. You beat Tommy (Fury). You know you can fight, cmon son.

“Otherwise, me and you are gonna have to tag team them pair of c***s, Logan and Jake (Paul). Make your mind up, mate, cmon. I respect you, mate and thank you for the opportunity.”

Coming back to the interviewer, Till continued: “No one wants to fight. Tommy’s fighting somewhere in Europe for 20 grand with his Dad. They’re a pair of muppets.”

“I don’t know what’s next, mate. Mike Perry, Jorge Masvidal. Any of them c***s, that’s it.”
