Ben Whittaker vs. Benjamin Gavazi fight recap
Ben Whittaker (10-0-1, 7 KOs) barely needed a round to stop Benjamin Gavazi (19-2, 13 KOs).
The fight lasted just 2:15. Whittaker walks away with the knockout win in what was also his first fight since signing with Matchroom Boxing. He had previously been signed with BOXXER.
Whittaker started off by staying on the back foot. Eventually, he connected with a right hook to the head and followed it up with left hooks to the head and body. These punches sent Gavazi moving backwards. Two overhand rights from Whittaker sent his opponent down for the first time in the fight.
