Fight Recap
The opening round was an active one with both fighters having success in landing their shots. While there was some holding, it was mainly a round where both women exchanged punches. Ferreira was pressing forward and forcing her opponent on the backfoot, something she continued to do as the fight progressed.

Boudersa struggled with the output of Ferreira and resorted to holding as a means of limiting the damage she was sustaining. This was all for nought, however, as the reigning champion pummeled away. Ferreira would switch stances from time to time as well. As the rounds went on, Boudersa continued to have no response to her opponent and her corner was close to throwing in the towel. Both women made it to the final bell and Ferreira would claim a wide unanimous decision win.
