Luke Rockhold Launches Foul-Mouthed Rant at Darren Till

On August 30 at the AO Arena in Manchester, Luke Rockhold (Debut) vs Darren Till (2-0, 1 KO) will headline Misfits 22: Ring of Thrones. Tony Ferguson and Dillon Danis are also set to feature on the card. The build-up to the main event has been fiery, with no love lost between the two. Rockhold spoke to The Stomping Ground ahead of his clash with Till, addressing their rivalry and delivering an expletive-laden attack on his Liverpudlian opponent.

Luke Rockhold vs Darren Till Set for August 30

Rockhold Launches Attack Against Till

Both men enjoyed impressive careers in UFC, and both will be eager to claim the bragging rights inside the boxing ring on August 30. Till holds the edge in boxing experience, having defeated Anthony Taylor and Darren Stewart on previous Misfits events.

Speaking about their rivalry and recent back-and-forth, Rockhold did not hold back: “He’s looking way too far into it. I don’t know what he’s talking about. Like, I saw some s**t the other day where he was training with the guys and saying that I was mocking him and he would never mock me. And all you’ve been f***ing doing trying to mock me and accuse me of everything. I think some of the things he doesn’t even know…he’s a bit bipolar, but most fighters are, so hopefully we get the good one.

“It’s annoying, but we’re gonna fight, and I’m going to pass every test. I’m going to show up, and I’m going to show you who’s the f***ing boss.”

Rockhold Delivers Brutal Promise

Despite Till having more boxing experience, Rockhold’s decorated UFC background leaves him confident ahead of August 30:

“You ain’t gonna have what it takes. I’m going to break you, I promise you that. You want to talk and run all your mouth and all these things, you haven’t put the work in, and I have, and you ain’t the man that I am. When it comes down to it, I’m going to break you. I’m going to show you you’ve been running from things, and I don’t run. I run to things. See you soon. c**t,” added Rockhold in a clear message to Till.

This fight is shaping up to deliver plenty of drama. Who are you backing in the main event?
