Jake Paul Adds 17-0 Male KO Artist to MVP Roster

MVP have announced unbeaten welterweight Avious Griffin (17-0, 16 KOs) as their latest recruit to their growing stable.

MVP continues to make a splash in boxing by signing some of the best rising stars while hosting memorable events, such as their Most Valuable Prospects card.

MVP has today unveiled their latest signing with Avious “Tha Underdog” Griffin joining the roster. The Las Vegas-based fighter joins as an unbeaten fighter with a devastating 94% knockout rate and a ten-fight knockout streak.

He’s a relentless fighter with devastating fight-ending power, and should get plenty of opportunities under the tutelage of Jake Paul and Nakisa Bidarian. Since early 2024, Griffin has been trained by Brian “BoMac” McIntyre, who is renowned for his excellent work with Terence “Bud” Crawford. In his last fight, he stopped Jose Luis Sanchez in the eighth round to win the vacant WBC USA Welterweight title.

Griffin has endured setbacks that wouldn’t be out of place in a Hollywood film script. He lost his father due to a brain haemorrhage just weeks before his professional debut. Losing a parent is more than enough for anyone to deal with, but Griffin’s life was turned upside down once again the following year, when he was wrongfully convicted of murder, serving 11 months in prison before his long-overdue exoneration.
