Caroline Dubois (11-0-1, 5 KOs) has officially joined Most Valuable Promotions (MVP) and will be part of the Jake Paul vs. Anthony Joshua undercard.

The announcement was made via a MVP press release on Tuesday. Dubois will defend her WBC lightweight world championship against Camilla Panatta (8-2-1, 1 KO) on the undercard of the Dec. 19 event. She was upgraded to full titlist in December last year when Katie Taylor vacated the title. Dubois has since made two defences of it.

Paul vs. Joshua headlines a card that will be broadcast on Netflix. Dubois’s title defence against Panatta is scheduled to be on the “preliminary card” as per the press release.

“Signing with MVP is the next step in my career,” said Dubois in the press release. “I’m proud to be under their roster, and I believe they will be able to help me on my quest for Greatness. The mission must be to become the face of women’s boxing. I’m super excited to make my debut on MVP and Netflix on Friday, Dec. 19. Winning and winning in style, while announcing myself on the biggest stage and platform, is my dream and main motivation.”

“This fight isn’t just a fight for me,” Panatta said. “It’s the moment where my whole story finds its meaning. This is the opportunity of my life.”

“Caroline Dubois has been the most coveted free agent in women’s boxing and we are thrilled to have her join MVP,” said Paul and Nakisa Bidarian, co-founders of MVP.

“She’s a champion, an Olympian and a rising star in the UK and beyond, and she makes her MVP debut Friday, Dec. 19, as she joins the stacked Jake vs. Joshua card in her third world title defense. While existing and new boxing promoters battle about belts, MVP’s focus on women’s boxing is driven by creating a global brand, with the largest roster of elite fighters, that delivers a product that is unquestionably the best athletes in the sport.”

“Adding an undefeated world champion of Caroline’s caliber is another key piece to that vision. She joins our elite British contingent, and we look forward to providing her the opportunity to continue her rise with a MVP event in the UK in early 2026.”
