MTK Global announced on Monday that they have signed huge-hitting Kazakh cruiserweight Ali Baloyev (8-0, 7 KOs) has signed with MTK Kazakhstan.

The Las Vegas-based prospect has stopped all but one of his professional opponents since turning professional in early 2017 and joins compatriots such as Sultan Zaurbek and Abilkhaiyr Shegaliyev on #TeamMTKGlobal. He was last in action last December where he stopped Idris Afinni in Moscow.

Baloyev said in a press release: “I’m proud and enthusiastic about signing for the world’s leading boxing management company and confident they’ll help me achieve my goals.”

“Kazakh boxing is set for a golden era and MTK Kazakhstan is already a huge force with fighters such as Zaurbek, Shegaliyev, Viktor Kotochigov, Nurtas Azhbenov and Zhankosh Turarov on the books.”

“I have a simple goal and it’s to be world champion. This deal brings that dream closer and I can’t wait to get started with my new management team.”

MTK Kazakhstan’s Askar Salikbayev said in a press release: “These big signings just keep on coming and we believe we’ve pulled off another huge coup in adding Ali to the team.”

“Ali’s knockout ratio speaks for itself and fans are going to enjoy watching him blast his way to his destiny. We’re in agreement that that destiny is the very top of the sport.”

MTK Kazakhstan’s Ahmed A. Seddiqi added in a press release: “This is another big moment for MTK Global and MTK Kazakhstan. We’re all delighted to be working with Ali.”

“Ali has already shown incredible promise and his ability to excite fans while winning makes him an attractive prospect for the wider public. This is going to be some journey and we’re looking forward to playing a part in it.”

He is an impressive cruiserweight to keep an eye out for. His next scheduled match pre the release will be announced shortly.
